OUR FACILITIES

Testing Facilities

Broadway Steel Industries takes immense pride in its testing facility, which stands as a testament to their unwavering commitment to producing top-notch steel products. The facility is equipped with a range of advanced tools and technologies essential for quality control and assurance. A spectrometer for metal analysis enables precise examination of the steel's chemical composition, ensuring compliance with required specifications. Universal Testing Machines (UTMs) play a vital role in conducting tensile testing, evaluating mechanical properties such as strength and elasticity. The Brinell Hardness Tester accurately measures the steel's hardness, indicating its resistance to wear and deformation.

To detect any internal irregularities, ultrasonic flaw detectors utilize sound waves, assuring the structural integrity of the steel. Furthermore, spark testing and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) are employed to identify surface cracks and defects. By harnessing this comprehensive range of testing equipment, Broadway Steel Industries ensures that their steel products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, thus instilling confidence in their customers.
